Bonez Mills Born: August 3, 1948 in Beckley, WV Died: March 9, 2025 in Sterling, IL STERLING -Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, Bonez (Bonnie) Mills sadly passed away on March 9th, 2025, at the age of 76, surrounded by loving family in her final moments at CGH Medical Center in Sterling, IL. Bonnie was born August 3rd, 1948 in Beckley, WV. to Willie and Glenna Peppers. She married Lanny Mills on August 20th, 1966 in Rock Falls, IL. Together they raised two daughters, Kari and Teri. Bonnie attended Sauk Valley Community College and obtained her LPN in 1992, dedicating herself to helping others at KSB Hospital in Dixon, IL. later retiring after many years of service. Her greatest treasures in life were her two daughters, three grandchildren, and great-grandson. Her life was enriched with creating memories of fun-filled family vacations and get-togethers.
