Wanda was born November 5, 1962 in Sterling, the daughter of Murel Gene and Irene (Hicks) Richardson. She was employed at the DeKalb County Nursing Home for 28 ½ years, and she loved working there. Wanda was an Elvis fanatic and loved Bingo, playing cards, watching game shows, and spending time with her family, especially her great nieces and great nephews. She was a sweet, caring, and honest person. If you had the privilege to know her, you loved her.
