Day, age 81, died Thursday, June 20, 2024, at her home at Morningside Assisted Living, in Sterling, Illinois. Linda was born on January 18, 1943, in Centralia, Illinois, the daughter of Lester and Darlene Bonner. She moved to Rock Falls when she was a young child. She married the love of her life, Norman Day, on August 21, 1959, in Morrison, Illinois. They enjoyed over 60 years marriage. Linda and Norman raised three children in Rock Falls. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren. Their home in Rock Falls was always open to family and friends. Linda was able to spend the majority of her life enjoying her home, family, and neighbors. Her last year of life she resided at assisted Living of Morningside in Sterling. One of Linda's great pleasures in life was traveling. Norm and Linda were able to visit every state except for Alaska. She collected a bell from each st
